Senior Engineer
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Senior Engineer will:
Supervise external contractors working for the company, schedule site meetings and attend the meeting as the secretarySupervise graduate engineers and technicians including managing their performanceDesign and prepare drawings for civil engineering projectsprepare tender documents and carry out tender evaluationsEnsure works are measured and prepare payment certificates for the contractorsMonitor and control the projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within the budgetPlan materials requirement, liaise with procurement unit and the stores to ensure that materials are available on time while controlling the levels of inventory Desired Competencies/Qualifications: BSC in civil Engineering from a recognized university10 years experience in design and supervision of engineering projects in a busy organizationProficiency in AutoCADSelf driven, reliable and able to work with minimum supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and unquestionable integrityWorkshop Administration Manager Reporting to the General Manager - Services, the Workshop Administration Manager will be responsible for: Fuel administration across the regional fuel stations including stock level, receiving and issuing recordsManaging the workshop store and constantly monitoring stock levelsManaging the process of scrapping workshop itemsmaintaining the muster roll for the services departmentEnsuring that vehicle service records are kept up to date and that service schedules are well keptEnsuring that the office, workshop compound and wash bay areas are clean and tidy all the timeMaintain the asset register for all machines and vehiclesEstablish and maintain methods of consistently tracking productivity, efficiency and work qualityManage individual employee performance and effectivenessManage department expenses effectivelyDesired Competencies/Qualifications: University degree in Engineering and/ or management related disciplineMinimum five (5) years relevant experienceWell developed IT skills including Ms Office packagesExcellent managerial and administrative skillsWorking knowledge of a fleet management systemExcellent interpersonal skills and unquestionable integrityApplication Procedure If you meet the requirements and are interested in applying for any of the above positions, please send your CV with a covering letter, indicating the position you are applying for, to the Human Resources Director, P.O.
