Reporting to the Head of ICT, the position holder will provide first-line ICT support for Kenya
Forest Service staff and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure.

Overall responsibilities:
• Installing and maintaining of computers, computer hardware and network systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing of computers and network infrastructure
• Providing technical support in line with service levels
• Obtain and install the necessary hardware and software upgrades for the ICT network to
ensure that the network is capable of meeting the needs of the organisation.
Required Qualifications and experience

Suitable candidates MUST have the following minimum qualifications:
• A Diploma in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent with 2 years progressive work
experience in a large and busy organization OR A certificate holder in a relevant field with 4
years of work experience
• Certification in Hardware Maintenance, network management or CISCO is essential.
